Close friends before becoming partners, Andrew, Ken, and Gray’s many years of working together have only served to deepen their trust, increase their respect, and enrich their communications. And though each of these guys are strong performers in their own right, the fusion of their talents, perspectives, and ideas has endowed Telogical with a quality and strength of leadership that few companies enjoy.
Andrew Woessner, President & CEO
Andrew is a business leader and entrepreneur focused on building strong company culture, upholding high standards of integrity, and promoting intellectual vigilance from all levels of the organization. Andrew’s specialties come in the areas of Business Development, Large Account Management and Sales, International Business (Europe and Latin America), Product Management, and Operations. He holds Bachelors Degrees in Modern Languages and Economics from The College of William and Mary (1987) and Master of International Business from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina (1992).
Ken Archer, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Ken is a software entrepreneur and academic with deep expertise in philosophy of science, technology and information. He co-founded Telogical Systems in 2000 and is the CTO. Ken has conducted research in logic, mathematics and ontology, and presented papers most recently at the 32nd Annual Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Paderborn and the 2009 Infoscience and Infoengineering Forum in Leipzig. Ken completed a Masters degree in Philosophy from the Catholic University of America with a thesis on the logic and mathematics of Bernard Bolzano. He also holds a Bachelors degrees in Political Philosophy from Tufts University and a Masters of Laws degree in International Business Law from Central European University.
Gray Somerville, Co-Founder and Vice President, Business Development
Gray’s greatest talents are in the areas of new business ideation, strategic planning, leadership, management, sales, and marketing. He co-founded Telogical Systems in 2000 and is currently responsible for leading Telogical's efforts in the areas of new business development, sales, marketing and client services. Prior to co-founding Telogical, Gray was an "intrepreneur," creating a successful syndicated information services business unit within a pre-existing research firm. Gray holds Bachelors Degrees in History and Political Science from King College (1988).
Joe Vallone, Vice President, Engineering
Based in Telogical's Norman, OK office, Joe is responsible for managing all aspects of Telogical's intelligence gathering and delivery infrastructure. Joe is an effective leader and has over 20 years of software development and management experience. Prior to joining Telogical, Joe served as Program Manager at Nokia in Irving TX, and the Director of Field Engineering at Highlander Engineering in Lakeland Florida. Joe has written articles on networking protocols, which have been published in the Electronic Engineering Times.
Joe received his engineering undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida, in Tampa Florida, and his MBA from the prestigious Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
