Competitive Pricing Research Team
Telogical employs more than 25 expert telecom and cable pricing researchers - the single largest team of its kind in the nation.
Armed with specialized data collection tools and resources, this team monitors the product, pricing, and promotional activity of each of the more than 300 competitors that Telogical tracks every day.
When new information is detected, it is this Research Team's responsibility to determine the relevance of the finding, organize the information in a manner that is compatible with Telogical's Information Model, report the finding to our clients via a daily email alert, and update the database to reflect the current reality.
The team is organized in such a way that each Researcher is responsible for a small and consistent portfolio of telecom and cable service providers. By tracking the same competitors day-in-and-day-out, the Researcher develops a high level of expertise in their competitors' offerings and can quickly and accurately interpret any new findings.
